How does the billing and deposits work?

The billing is based on the number of active drivers that you have. We have come up with a formula that would give you a couple of months of service based on your active drivers and the required MVR's or PSP reports you might run. We ask for this deposit to be placed with us as a credit on your account, and you also select at what point and for what amount you wish to replenish the account. . You can determine this by the number of active drivers and your turnover rate.

You may start out with $250 and when your balance goes to $50 or below you may have selected to add an additional $250. This would add the $250 to what is in your account and will replenish again when your account gets down to the $50 that you selected. You may change these numbers at any time or add additional funds at any time, based on your needs.

Does this program qualify all regulations for the Driver File Qualifications?

This program is a tool to help you stay in compliance with DOT regulations, and will take you through the entire process from pre-employment to post employment. Your input is necessary for the program to run properly. There are built-in reminders to alert you when certain requirements are needed, but it is still up to the end user to complete the process. We have taken every possible situation and placed it into the program to give you, the user, every chance to keep your Driver Files up to date, including 30-day reminders, 2-week reminders, 1-week reminders, all the way to a notice if your driver is disqualified for non-compliance.

How long does it take to receive a DOT PSP report?

Our PSP reports are received directly from the DOT. As long as the DOT systems are online, you will receive your PSP report within a couple of minutes and it will populate automatically and directly into the driver's file. Once your report has been received, you will get a notification on your browser window as well as an email to alert you that the report has been received.

How long does it take to receive a State Motor Vehicle Report?

Our Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) are received directly from the State from which you requested. Each state has a different system and turn around time. Most states do provide the report within a few minutes whereas others may take a few hours or even up to 24 hours. Many times, state systems will be slow or offline, which can cause a delay.

Once you have placed an order for an MVR, you will be notified via a window on your portal screen as well as receive an email to notify you when it has been received and is ready for review. Our system automatically populates the document directly into the driver's file.

What if I have a question about the program? Is support provided for free?

Yes, program support is free. We have strived to make this program very intuitive and easy to work with, but we understand that sometimes talking to a "real person" makes your job easier.

We have and will continue to add to the knowledge base as needed when there may be a need for more explanation to part of the system.

We would ask that you check the knowledge base prior to calling or emailing for support, but should you need phone support it is available from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday Eastern time. If we do not pick up the phone, please leave a very clear and precise question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Email would generally be the best way to request support. This way we can look into the issue before getting back to you.

We do not answer DOT or legal questions, this is program support only.

How can I add my current drivers to this program?

For the first 30 days, you will be able to add your active drivers into the program and mark them as Active. After 30 days, the drivers will be entered as Pending, and you will have to change them manually to Active. After that has been done you will be able to upload the driver’s entire file at one time into the program or you can upload the individual pieces into each section accordingly.

We have tried to make this process as easy and quick as possible. We do suggest that you only upload the required forms for a driver qualification file.

What is a URL and how should I choose mine?

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator and is how you can be found on the internet. With our program when you sign up you need a friendly URL so that your company can be identified. It is best to select a name that represents your company and is easy to remember.

For example, for Joe's Trucking you could select "JoesTrkng" or just "Joes". If there is already a "Joes",the program will let you know and you can choose something else.
